Two Performance Modes. One Device. Different homes need different levels of monitoring. That’s why VD1 gives you two ways to use your battery.

Manual Mode at Home. Up to 5 Months of Battery Life.

Use it like you would a traditional peephole — glancing at the screen when someone knocks, pressing a button when you want to capture a moment. No constant monitoring, no heavy processing. On a single charge, it lasts up to 5 months.

AOV Mode Away. Up to 2 Weeks Per Charge.

Activate AOV mode before you leave. The device watches your door 24/7, automatically recording every person it detects. Review organized clips when you're back. But know this: constant monitoring uses more power — expect 7–14 days per charge, designed to cover a typical vacation.

Human Detection: You must enable AOV mode in order to use human detection; otherwise, this door view camera will not actively perform any image detection, snapshot, or storage.

When the AOV mode is enabled: the capture interval is 3 seconds, with 30 events per day, each lasting 10 seconds, and the maximum duration can reach up to 14 days. AOV mode off (manual snapshot): Check 5 times a day, 10 seconds each time, for up to 150 days (5 months).

AOV Mode: Once activated, the device will automatically perform human detection and store the video. Manual snapshot and recording functions are no longer supported in AOV mode.

SD card not included.
